Upon your request, up to 30 days for the date of original purchase you may exchange your instrument for one of like or equal value. The only charge for exchange is delivery fees. This guarantee does not apply the close outs, as is, special orders, floor models, damaged or rental merchandise.

All layaways must be approved by management. One-third of purchase price down payment is required. Layaway terms to be at management's discretion. All monies paid on layaways are non-refundable. All canceled layaways will be charged a fifteen percent restocking fee. Any remaining credits will be used as in-store credit only.

Within 30 days of purchase, if you find the same identical item advertised by another local authorized stocking dealer, we will refund the difference plus 10%. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the ad. This policy does not apply the closeouts, floor models, discontinued merchandise, or scratch and dent merchandise.
