Pat Gainer, Tuning Technician. Mr. Gainer's top priority is to assist customers.  He has a Guild certification through the National Piano Technician Guild. He services all the pianos in our store. A well tuned piano is like a piece of art, every stroke must be perfect in order to receive the full value.
	Sukkyong Kim Clough, Piano Instructor. As a music college graduate, Kim teaches piano lessons from young to old. With 10 years experience in teaching, Parker Piano is very fortunate to have Kim as a piano instructor.
